Where do you provide event photography services?
We provide event photography throughout Sydney and surrounding areas.
We regularly work across the Sydney CBD, Inner West, Western Sydney, South Sydney, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Suburbs, Hills District and many other Sydney locations.
We can also travel outside Sydney for events. Please let us know the venue and location when making an enquiry.
How much does an event photographer in Sydney cost?
Our event photography pricing depends mainly on the length of coverage and what you need from the photographer.
We offer shorter 2–3 hour coverage as well as longer 5–6 hour and 8–10 hour packages. Our packages include a professional photographer, unlimited photos taken during the coverage, high-resolution edited images and online delivery.

Do you offer event videography as well as photography?
Yes. We provide both event photography and event videography in Sydney.
Our event videography services can include a professional highlight video as well as a longer edit of the event, depending on your requirements.
If you need both photography and video, we can also arrange a combined photo and video package.
Can I book photography and videography together?
Yes. Booking photography and videography together can be a convenient option if you want your event covered from both perspectives.
We can photograph important moments, guests, speakers, presentations and activities while our videographer captures moving footage, speeches, performances and the overall atmosphere of the event.
Do you provide live streaming for events?
Yes. We provide event live streaming in Sydney for suitable events.
Live streaming can be useful for conferences, corporate presentations, memorials, celebrations, seminars, award ceremonies and events where some guests cannot attend in person.
Depending on the event, we can provide a live stream as well as a recording of the streamed event.
Can you cover conferences and corporate events?
Yes. Corporate and conference photography is one of the types of events we cover.
We can photograph keynote speakers, presentations, award ceremonies, networking, audience reactions, team photos, exhibitors, sponsors, venue details and candid interactions between guests.
The photographs can be used for websites, social media, marketing, newsletters, media releases and future corporate promotions.
Can you photograph exhibitions and trade shows?
Yes. We cover exhibitions, trade shows and corporate displays.
We can capture the overall exhibition, individual booths, products, staff interacting with visitors, speakers, demonstrations and candid moments throughout the day.
For larger exhibitions, we can discuss the number of photographers required based on the size of the venue and the schedule.
Do you take candid photos?
Yes. We generally aim to capture a mixture of candid and more organised photographs.
For events, candid photography is particularly useful because it shows the atmosphere of the event and natural interactions between guests rather than only posed photographs.
We will also take requested group photographs, team photos and other important shots when required.
Can we request specific photos?
Absolutely.
If there are particular people, groups, speakers, sponsors, products or moments that you want photographed, let us know before the event.
For larger corporate events, it can be helpful to provide us with a simple list of important people or activities so our photographer knows what to look out for.
How many photos will we receive?
We do not limit the number of photographs taken during your booked coverage.
The number of final photographs will depend on the length and type of event, what happens during the event and how many important moments are taking place.
We provide high-resolution edited photographs from the coverage.
Are the event photos professionally edited?
Yes.
The photographs are professionally edited before delivery. We make adjustments such as colour, exposure, contrast and other basic corrections to ensure the final images look clean and consistent.
We focus on natural-looking editing rather than heavily altering the photographs.
How long does it take to receive the photos?
The delivery time depends on the size and type of event and the number of photographs taken.
For many events, photographs can be delivered relatively quickly. Larger events with a large number of images may require more processing time.
If you need photographs urgently for social media or marketing, please tell us when making your booking and we can discuss your requirements.
How are the photos delivered?
High-resolution photographs are normally delivered online.
For some packages, USB delivery may also be available.
Once your photographs are ready, we will provide the relevant delivery details so you can view, download and share your images.
Can you provide photos quickly for social media?
Yes. If you need photographs for social media during or shortly after an event, please let us know before the event.
Depending on the event and turnaround required, we can discuss options for prioritising selected photographs.
How far in advance should I book an event photographer?
It is best to book as early as possible, particularly for weekends, conferences, major corporate events and busy periods.
However, we understand that some corporate and private events are organised at relatively short notice. If your event is coming up soon, contact us anyway and we can check our availability.
How do I book an event photographer in Sydney?
Simply contact us with:

We will then provide the appropriate package or quote for your event.
Do you require a deposit to secure the booking?
Yes. A booking is secured once the required booking details and deposit have been received and confirmed.
The remaining payment arrangements will be explained when you receive your booking information.
Can you work at night or on weekends?
Yes. Events are often held outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends.
Please provide the expected start and finish time when making your enquiry so we can quote for the correct coverage.
Can you photograph large events with multiple photographers?
Yes.
For larger conferences, corporate events, exhibitions, parties and events with multiple activities happening at the same time, we can arrange additional photographers where required.
Having more than one photographer can be useful when the event is spread across multiple rooms or there are important activities happening simultaneously.
Do you also provide photography for private parties and birthdays?
Yes. We photograph private events including birthdays, milestone celebrations, engagement parties, anniversaries and other family or social events.
We can concentrate on the people, atmosphere, decorations, speeches, cake cutting, dancing, group photographs and other important moments of the celebration.
Do you provide both photography and video for the same event?
Yes.
If you want complete coverage, we can provide an event photographer and event videographer for the same event.
This is particularly useful for conferences, corporate functions, award ceremonies, product launches and large private celebrations where you want both professional photographs and video footage.
Do you travel outside Sydney?
Yes. Although we are Sydney event photographers and regularly work throughout metropolitan Sydney, we can also travel to locations outside Sydney.
Please provide the venue or suburb when making an enquiry so we can confirm availability and any applicable travel costs.
What information do you need for a quote?
To give you an accurate quote, we normally need your event date, venue/location, approximate start and finish time and the services you require.
If you are not sure how many hours you need, tell us what time the event starts and finishes and what you would like photographed or filmed. We can help work out the appropriate coverage.
